Just a note to let you know that I received my right ear mold on Friday and it is a great fit!  Thank you for all you have done to make my hearing aids work to make my life easier and more pleasant. The class on Friday was ..... more than I had hoped for. This is going to work out! Smart move on BHSC to offer such a class.  I hope in the future more people will take the class which I feel should be mentioned to anyone that purchases hearing aids from the office. ENT Doctor's should also have your information regarding the fact that you offer this class. Patient's then would feel that support is out there for them.  Which would be much better than trying to figure this all out on your own. 

Thank you for everything.  Maybe I will see you on a Friday, when I am at the office for class.
