This school didn't feel like a school

It felt more like a home

We knew we wouldn't have to worry

Because she wouldn't be alone

Everyday we sent her to school

We had not a worry in the world

We knew without a doubt

They would take care of our precious little girl

 Three years have gone by now

She has made friends and so have we

This new program they had started

Has now become a family

All of our journeys have started and

Will end in different places

But we will never forget our time here

The lessons, the memories, or the faces

Anita's journey doesn't end here

We have many more miles to go

Still have unanswered questions

But one thing we do know

Buffalo Hearing & Speech Center

Is where Anita got her start

The experiences and friendships we have had here

Will live forever in our hearts!
