Buffalo, NY (September 9, 2010) Buffalo Hearing & Speech Center Foundation has received a grant for $10,750 from the Community Foundation for Greater Buffalo. Through this grant, Buffalo Hearing & Speech Center (BHSC) will provide transportation scholarships for 30 students, ages 6-16, to attend its highly successful and national Language to Literacy Program.

“This grant money will ensure the children who are low or non-readers in Western New York can safely be transported to our Language to Literacy Program each day directly from their school,” commented Joseph J. Cozzo, President/CEO of Buffalo Hearing & Speech Center.  “We are grateful to the Community Foundation for Greater Buffalo for supporting this project,” said Cozzo.
