An after school and summer computer-based program for students to develop auditory processing,language and reading skills. Students work with speech-language pathologists on games that address phonological awareness, phonics, word recognition, spelling, reading fluency, working memory, vocabulary, and listening and reading comprehension.
Students progress through a hierarchy of programs as they improve, moving towards more advanced skills and grade levels. The skills targeted and design of the Fast Forword computer games are based in the latest neuroscience research and have a proven track record of success. It is like "aerobics for the brain."

1 hour per day, 5 days per week
Days/times: Monday-Friday; 3:00pm-4:00pm or 4:00pm-5:00pm
Cost?
Private pay, insurance, and/or scholarship. During the school year tuition for children attending selected Buffalo Public Schools may be fully covered by Supplemental Educational Services (SES) funding.
