Administrative Assistant, part-time (full-time effective November, 2008)




Reports toDirector, Early Childhood Program – Fredonia

Major Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the processing of all paperwork necessary for the transportation of students to and from school.
2. Responsible for obtaining all medical records as requested by the school districts for CPSE evaluations.
3. Assist Director, Managers and Office Coordinator with office duties.


Education/ExperienceRequirements

1. Associate degree or its equivalent in experience, training or independent study
2. Previous experience
3. Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
4. Able to multi-task, but also able to prioritize daily tasks with time sensitive paperwork and phone calls.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues, families and community professionals.
6. Excellent computer, typing and phone skills.
7. Demonstrates reliability and the ability to work independently.
